Chair - Anthony Schultz

Originally from the Chicago area, Tony has played guitar since the age of six. He attended Berklee College of Music in Boston where he received a Bachelor's degree in Music Production & Engineering in May, 1988.  He started Big T Productions in Jan. 1989, which is approaching its 20th Anniversary. He has taught Audio Recording & Computer Music at the New England Institute of Art since the Fall '97 where he is an Assistant Professor. He received a Masters Degree in Music Technology in May 2007 through an online program from the University of Newcastle in Callaghan Australia. He has also spoken at a number of colleges including Berklee College of Music, Harvard and the Royal College of Music in London.

Vice Chair - Alec Francesconi

Alec is a free-lance audio engineer working on music and post-production projects. When not working on his client’s projects, Alec has been mastering the art of mastering from some of the leading engineers in the area. Prior to entering the audio space, he was in the Internet business for 12 years including a decade as a consultant managing large scale Internet implementations for a wide range of clients.

Secretary - Jonah Goska

Jonah is a Multimedia Specialist / PC Support Technician at Lasell College in Newton, MA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Audio and Media Technology from The New England Institute of Art in May of '07. In his free time Jonah enjoys playing guitar, recording local music startups, online social networking, and being the Webmaster for this site.

Treasurer - Adrian Gates

Adrian Gates is Production Manager at iMedia AVM, Inc in Lowell, MA, a multimedia company that specializes in online training videos. He is also Audio and Media Director for Crossroads Community Church in Fitchburg, MA. Since he began his career in 2002, Adrian has worked mostly as a freelance contractor. In that practice, he served many different roles, including producer, recording engineer, corporate a/v tech, FOH, videographer, editor, consultant, stage hand, and roadie. His clients have included some of the largest tech companies in the world, New England churches and community groups, and dedicated weekend warriors. Adrian is a graduate of the New England Institute of Art and Communications.
